Should you require further information or help, please contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you.

EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
  • Items returned within 15 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a ZAR refund.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached to the returned item/s.
  • All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unused.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Livv Activewear reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded.
  • Please remember it can take 1 - 3 days for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.
RETURNS PROCESS
  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@livvactivewear.co.za so our team is aware of the return that needs to be processed.
  • We will arrange a courier to pick up the item/s for a fee of R 109.
  • We will send you a link to make payment.
  • Once payment has been processed, we will arrange our courier to pick-up the item/s from your original delivery address.
  • We will email you the waybill that should be printed and given to the courier when they arrive to pick-up the shipment.
  • Once item/s have been received at Livv and quality checks have been done, we will provide you with a ZAR refund to the full value of the item/s.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
  • To start an exchange, please email us at hello@livvactivewear.co.za so our team is aware of the exchange that needs to be processed.
  • We will arrange a courier to pick up the item/s AND resend it with the updated size for a fee of R109.
  • We will send you a link to make payment.
  • Once payment has been processed, we will arrange our courier to pick-up the item/s from your original delivery address.
  • We will email you the waybill that should be printed and given to the courier when they arrive to pick-up the shipment.
  • Once item/s have been received at Livv and quality checks have been done, we will ship the new exchanged item to your delivery address.
  • Please note we cannot guarantee the exchange for stock items since certain sizes might be out of stock or not being manufactured anymore. We will stay in contact with you via email.
